We want you to love your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help!

✅ Return Eligibility:

• Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery.

• Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

• Returns are not accepted for customized or final sale items (unless damaged).

🔄 How to Place a Return Request:

1. Log in to your account on our website.

2. Go to the “My Account” > “Orders” section.

3. Find the order you want to return and click “Request a Return” or “Refund/Exchange”.

4. Fill out the return form with:

   • The item(s) you want to return

   • Reason for return

   • Upload photo (if the item is damaged or incorrect)

5. Choose your preferred return method: Pickup or Drop-off (if available).

6. Submit the request. You’ll receive a confirmation email with your return request ID.

🔁 Return Approval & Pickup:

• Once your request is reviewed, you’ll be notified via email.

• If approved, we’ll schedule a pickup or share drop-off instructions.

• After we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we’ll initiate the refund.

💳 Refunds:

• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.

• The amount will be credited to your original payment method.
